Deadline: rolling deadline ( March 1, 2012,  June 1, 2012, September 1, 2012, December 1, 2012)
Comments: for scholars whose research in the humanities or social sciences focuses on the former Soviet Union excluding the Baltic states “who demonstrate a particular need to utilize the library, archival, and other specialized resources of the Washington, D.C. area”; “Policy-relevant research is preferred”; must either have PhD or be doctoral candidates nearing the completion of their dissertations; applicants must be U.S. citizens.
